Business model and future plans of UGAA Trading Company Private Limited

Before talking about UGAA Trading India Pvt Ltd, we will have to talk about UGAA Solutions first. UGAA Solutions was a product based software company selling their software products. Company was also doing trading in Forex and Commodities market. Company's plan was to raise some huge capital to put into trading account by selling their software products. When trading with huge capital, company can hedge their trading positions so that even market turns around, no loss will be occurred. Company pays a portion of their profit from trading to the buyers of their software products to bring in more customers and to retain existing customers. But recently there were some rules enforced to strictly stop money rotation and ponzy schemes to safeguard money of the public. Even though UGAA was not involved in these businesses like money rotation, this rule will affect the business model which they were doing. Company management was aware of this changes which is going to happen and after discussion with their auditors and other financial experts, introduced new business model which they are running right now.

As primary step, they changed their company registration and registered as a Trading Company with the new name UGAA Trading India Pvt Ltd. Company is in process of developing a big eCommerce platform similar to PayTM in which you can do shopping, recharge, money transfer, book movie/bus/train/flight tickets, e-wallet and many more. This project is expected to complete in 3-6 months time.

Company is now collecting money not by selling their software products, but by adding money to their e-wallet. For e.g. if you invest 7000, it will be added to your e-wallet and balance will be shown as 21000. Just like PayTM giving cashback, your money is credited to your e-wallet including cashback. Then your ROI will be daily withdrawn from your wallet and credited to your bank account on daily basis. In 200 days, your wallet will become zero and you will receive 105 rupees everyday in your bank account during these 200 days. UGAA has already implemented this e-wallet and you will be able to see this once you logs in to your UGAA account.

They also have plan to open demat and trading account in the name of each customers and do trading directly these accounts. Feasibility study and discussions for this is going on. Company will have to get approval from SEBI for doing this. This may take 3 months time to complete.

A question every one asks is how can company pay this much profit? Answer is simple, because company is earning much more than that. To give an example if we buy a CRUDEOIL future at 4000 and sell at 4010, we will get 100 rupees profit. If company trades 100000 qty profit will be 10000000. Company does this kind of several trades a single day. Crude oil usually moves 100 points up or down a day. So you can imagine the profit they are making. Normal people like us won't know the art of trading. What we can do is invest with people who know how to trade and earn a profit share from them.

Since company is already registered and paying all taxes and statutory charges, there is no legal issues which may affect the functioning of the company. UGAA is very interested in helping you if you wish to visit their office to understand their functioning. They will be happy to explain everything to their customers so everyone can understand themselves by seeing the functioning of the company.

UGAA Trading - Payment Update - 23 July 2019 - Day 2

Hi Everyone,

Today is my second working day with UGAA. There was an issue in the SMS gateway of ICICI bank yesterday. Because of which payout wasn't done for the customers. There was an update from UGAA team as SMS regarding the issue and was promised to credit yesterday's payment today morning itself. As promised all the customers got their yesterday's payment today before 10 am. Kudos to UGAA team.

This payment is more special for me because, this is my first payout from UGAA. Was a bit disappointed yesterday as there was some technical issues in my first day itself. But was confident with UGAA because I have done enough studies and researches before joining UGAA.

Update:
Received today's payment today at around 11:30. Received Rs. 535 as today's payment. Received 630 rupees in total today.

UGAA Payment Update - July 22

Today's Payment Update - 22 July 2019

There was no payout done today. As per the SMS received from UGAA today's payout will be credited only by tomorrow because of SMS gateway issue existed in ICICI bank's end. So customers are supposed to get two payouts tomorrow.

How to add new members to down line in UGAA Trading?

To add a new member under your down line, you will have to transfer fund to company account and request for Pin. I have covered that topic in detail in my previous post. Those who haven't read that, please go ahead and read that first. Click here to go to that post.

Pin generation will take upto 24 hours. But in most case it will be generated in less than 2 hrs. It depends on the queue for the pin request. Once Pin is generated the status of the request will be changed from Pending to Approved.

You will be able to see the pin under the menu E-Pin > Active Pin. To add new member to your downline, click on Team List > Genealogy

This will load a tree structure of your team. You will have two legs - left and right. You can add new members to your either sides to earn binary income. As per the screen shot below, if you add one member on your right and another on your left 7000 each, you will be eligible for a referral income of 5200 + 5200 (10400) as referral income and 490 as binary income. Binary will be paid one time and referral will be paid in 200 days. Next time if you want to earn binary, you will have two add two new members, one under your first left member and other under your first right member. You will also earn binary for the members added by other members in your downline.

There is a capping limit applicable for binary income. If you invested 7000, you will get maximum 50% of your invested amount (3500) as binary in a single day. If you want to earn more binary, you will have to top up to higher plans. 

Coming back to the topic, to add a new member, click on Join Here button with + icon. This will open new page where you will have to enter some information about new member. While entering you will have to be careful with the values you enter. Most of the fields are self explanatory, I will provide more details of other fields which need some clarification.

1. Sponsor Id: By default your id will be displayed here. If you are adding directly under your account, no change has to be made. If you are adding on behalf of someone else, change the id to that person's id. Referral ROI will be credited to that person whose ID is entered here.
2. Sponsor Name: What ever sponser id you have entered above, his name will be displayed here
3. Placement: If you choose left leg, it will be displayed as Left and if you choose right leg, it will be displayed as right
4. Placement Id: This will be the ID under which the number will be placed. This position will be considered for binary income.
5. Epin: All your active pins will be listed here. Please make sure you choose correct pin. 

All other fields are personal and bank details of the new member. All those details has to be entered with care. Any mistake may lead to delay in crediting payment.

After you enter all these information, click Register button to complete the registration process. User Id and password will be generated instantly and will be sent to new member as SMS.

When will I get first payout from UGAA trading?

Your first ROI will get credited to your account on the 3rd working day after your PIN is generated. Your binary income will be credited to your bank account on the second day after binary pair is formed.

To know when you will start receiving the payment,

1. Login to customer portal by clicking this link: https://user.ugaatradingindia.in
2. On the left panel click on ROI and then ROI History

3. ROI history screen shows full details on your investment and returns. Click on ROI-NO link for the corresponding investment which you have made.

4. This screen will show all the details on your ROI. It will have 200 entries and you will have a very clear picture on which all days you will get ROI. This is a very useful screen to know the status on your ROI benefits.

How to request/generate new PIN in UGAA Trading

Pin generation in UGAA trading is comparatively easy and straight forward in UGAA trading. Follow the steps mentioned below to generate new PINs. All new requests will be processed in less than 24 hours.

Steps to generate New PIN

1. Login to UGAA customer portal by clicking this link: https://user.ugaatradingindia.in
2. Click on Pin Request link on the left panel

3. In the PIN request form there are some fields which you need to fill. Those are

• Deposited Rs: Enter total amount deposited as per your transaction screenshot
• Deposit/Transaction Date: Enter the transaction date here
• Select Bank: This is the company bank account. Currently company has account only with ICICI. So you can choose ICICI
• Payment Option: There are many payment options. Most preferred option is IMPS/NEFT/RTGS. Transaction can be done from apps like Google Pay, PayTM, Phone Pay etc
• IMPS Mobile No: If transaction is done through IMPS, enter the mobile number from which fund is transferred
• Transaction No: Enter the transaction number here. Double check before submitting. Any error may lead to delay in PIN generation
• Pin Summary: Select the pins required based on the amount transferred. For e.g. if you transferred 28,000/- and you need single pin for this amount, you can choose value 1 from the drop down next to 28,000/-. Or if you want 4 pins of 7,000/- each for 4 people, then select the value 4 from the  drop down next to amount 7,000/-. Total amount will be displayed so that you can cross check.
• Payment Proof: Upload the transaction screenshot as payment proof for cross reference
• Remark: Here you may write anything like "Generate 1 pin of 28,000" or "Generate 4 pins of 7000 each"

4. Once all the data is filled, click on Submit button. You will see newly created request towards the bottom of this page and its status will be also shown. It may take upto 24 hours to process your PIN request.

DMG Online - A comparison of PIN Conversion and New Plan Enrollment. Which is more beneficial?

Update: I have found a better plan than DMG and I'm doing business in it now. Earning very good profit. DMG Online's future plan has been announced. There are three options which company has put forward. I have mentioned about those in detail in my blog. Click here to read that post.

I just wanted to compare the first two options put forward - PIN Conversion and New Plan Enrollment

If you opt for this plan, you will receive ROI at the rate of 0.4% per alternate days (Max 3 days per week) for 1000 days. For e.g. If you invest 12000 and has received 5000 as ROI, your balance capital amount will be 7000 and you will receive approximately 28 rupees as ROI for next 1000 days.

If you opt for this there will not be any binary income or referral income as this is a redundant plan. If you want to continue with DMG or do any additional business, this option is not for you.

If you are thinking line I just want to get rid of this immediately and get my money back, then the open for you is to get Refund. But it will take some time and you will have to submit request and some documents directly to DMG office. If you don't have such patience, this option is not for you.

The remaining option is New Plan enrollment. New plan rates are

1. 7812
2. 15625
3. 31250
4. 62500
5. 125000 and so on... 7812 and 15625 are newly introduced plans. To know more details on new plan click here. 

If you enroll for new plan, you will be eligible for Referral, binary, salary, incentives etc. But these are beneficial for people who do heavy business (add new members to their downline). For changing to new plan you have to have a balance as mentioned above. For example your capital balance remaining is 7000 you can deposit 812 rupees to enroll for 7812 plan or 8625 to enroll to 15625 plan. In this case you will receive an ROI of  31 rupees for first and 62 rupees for the second plan. New updates from Satish Kumar, MD, DMG Online. How existing customers will receive their money back?

As per the video released by DMG MD yesterday, DMG has putforward 3 options for the investors

They are

1. Pin Conversion
2. Refund
3. Enrollment to New plan

Pin Conversion

What ever capital remaining in your account will be converted to new PIN and you will start receiving ROI for next 1000 days. They payout will be around 0.4%.

For e.g. If you have invested 6000 rupees and you have received 1000 rupees so far, your capital balance remaining is 5000 rupees. For this 5000 rupees, you will receive ROI for next 1000 days. It will be calculated as 0.4% of 5000 which will come up to 20 rupees. ROI credit will be done on alternate days, maximum 3 days a week. So you will receive 60 rupees as payout every week for next 1000 days. So you will receive 20,000 rupees back. But as per calculation, it will take around 7-8 years to receive this entire amount. Also it will take 2 - 3 years to receive your capital of 5000 rupees.

If you choose this option, it will take almost 15 days to start this plan. As per latest news DMG will start payout for the new plan from August 1st week onwards.

You will not eligible for referral or binary income if you choose this plan.

Refund
Those who are not interested for PIN conversion can opt this option to get the remaining money back. As per the information which we got as of now, you have to submit the request directly to DMG office for processing. If you do so, it may take some more time and you will receive the money only by August last week.

Enrollment to New plan
For existing and new customers who wish to enroll for new plan can do now and will start receiving ROI, Referral commission and other benefits  starting from August 1st week for next 1000 days. Existing members can upgrade to this plan by paying difference amount left in their capital. Details are mentioned in the link below.

Did someone really earned from DMG online? An analysis of gainers and losers in DMG Online.

Now DMG Online has discontinued the old 150 days plan.

The Million dollar question is

This 150 days plan was introduced some one and half years back. Has anyone got benefited or really earned money from DMG online???

Lets analyze different categories of people involved in this

DMG Online MD
The person who made money is definitely MD of DMG Online. He got more than 1000 Cr rupees to roll for his businesses by which he had made multiple folds of that with in last 1.5 years.

Investors joined since March 2019
Those who joined DMG in last four months (from March 2019) are really losers. It will take 67 DMG working days to get back the capital invested. It has took around 4 months to complete this 67 DMG working days. For these category of people, you won't get and interest at all. The company has agreed to pay back the differential amount.

For eg. If you have invested 6000 and you have received 4500 as ROI till 3rd July, then you will receive the balance 1500 in your account without any interest. So any interest you might have earned for your fund for last four months is lost.

Investors joined before March 2019
People who has invested before March 2019 might have started getting ROI over and above the amount which they have invested. For these category of people, company won't pay them anything more. What ever extra they have got is a Bonus!!

For eg. If you have invested 6000 and you have received 9500 as ROI, then you are in profit of 3500 rupees.. Congrats!! You don't have to payback this 3500 to company and company won't give you anything more. So you sit back, relax, and thank god for the favors received.

Leaders
Leaders who had really worked hard and joined at least two months ago has made good money from DMG online. There are people who has earned in crores from DMG. I'm attaching a screenshot of a Big Shot in DMG. Lets all see ans envy this guys for his achievements. Our loss was someone's earning.

See the screenshot below. This person has invested around 30L and has earned 1.4 Cr rupees!!! Crazy, isn't it? He has got 23K people in his downline and was doing a very good business.

Truth about new long term DMG online plans

DMG has declared that they are going to withdraw the old 150 days which was very beneficial for all the investors. The new proposed plan is a long term plan extending upto 1000 days which is not attractive to most of small investors. Even though its mentioned as 1000 days, it will take upto 8 years for its maturity.

As per new plan, ROI will be added on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday every week. You will not get 3 credits in your bank account in a week, but it will be credited only once in a week which will be like weekly payout.

Considering public holidays and other holidays which DMG will consider, we will get only upto  120 - 150 payouts a year.  So it will take 7 - 8.5 years to complete 1000 DMG business days.

Also referral bonus is also too less for all the plans. For a referral of 31250 we will get only 12.5 rupees per day.

New Update From DMG Online - Old Plans are forced to stop - Will investors loose money?

As per the latest update, there will be video stream from DMG MD on Monday to explain current status of DMG Crisis. This has been informed in the official website.

As per the information received from trustable sources, DMG is forced to stop all its current plans due to legal issues. As per information received from MD, new long term plans which are declared for 1000 days is as per statutory norms and is allowed to operate.

So what happens to current investors? 

MD has assured that no one will loss any money. There will be two option given for existing investors. They are

1. All the remaining amount (principle amount) will be transferred to the investors who are willing to withdraw their fund
2. Transfer existing funds to the new long term plan so that it will be returned with revenue in next 1000 days.

When will I get payout from DMG? Details on current crisis.

DMG is not in any crisis. Its just a technical issue with the bank and rbi policies.

Payment will start crediting latest by Monday (15th July)

Please wait till then and have some patience. Don't make any pay in or new pin request. Wait for 2 or 3 days so that every thing will be back to normal and you start receiving money in your account.

Company is still operational. We have talked with the support team. They all are still trying their best to support us. All the DMG offices are working as normal. Once current bank verification is complete, everyone will start receiving the funds as normal.

No Payout from DMG Online - Is it a scam? - Did DMG Cheated people?

Hi Friends,

Last payout from DMG was on 3rd July. There was no payout from DMG on 4th july stating that it was foreign bank holiday on 4th.  And there was a meeting happening regarding new plan launch from 5th to 7th and hence there was no payout on 5th as well. Being saturday and sunday there is no payout on 6th and 7th.

So after 4 days without any payout, every one was expecting payout on Monday, 8th July. Surprisingly, no one got any money credited to their account. This was enough for creating panic among almost all investors.

Their office number was engaged and couldn't get connect to know the details on what went wrong.

By evening, a notification came officially in DMG website mentioning their account was frozen by Bank and no financial transactions are possible.

What I assume is, there was continuous four days without any payout, and also new plans were announced which was staring at 31250. So may thought of enrolling smaller amount plans fast before new plans come to effect. This has resulted in huge money inflow.

Received 2nd payment from DMG Online today - 2nd July 2019

Hi Friends,

I'm writing this post on 2nd July. I'm glad today to see an SMS from my bank stating that 360 rupees is credited to my account from DMG.

I got SMS from bank at around 10 am today.

I had invested 6000 rupees and I will get 90 rs per day. Also I referred two friends and by that referral I get a binary commission of 300 rupees (270 after deduction). So in total 90 + 270 = 360/- This is what I got today. Today's earning I will receive tomorrow before noon. I'm adding screenshot of my bank statement as well.

I'm also posing screenshot of my DGM Online dashboard. Here you can see, there are two members in my down line. I have invested 6000 rupees in total and I'm paid back 640 rupees in 3 days. 

Also posting paid statement. There are three transactions shown here. First is 90 rupees ROI. Second is 90 + 270 (binary commission) and third is 90 + 18 + 18 (referral income)

So far... DMG online is working perfectly!!

DMG Online - My tree structure and the amount I will get on completing 150 days

I enrolled for DMG online scheme by transferring 6000 rupees. When i received 1st payment, I was excited and gave confidence to two of my friends who were waiting to enroll after seeing the money deposited to my account.

For them, I will be acting as root and they are two branches under me, left and right.

Since I deposited 6000 rupees, I will get 90 rs per working day in my bank account for next 150 days.
Both of my friends deposited same 6000 and they will also get 90 rs credited to their bank account.

Since I referred them, I will get 50% of the referred amount with in 150 days.

50% of 6000 is 3000. I will get it in 150 days. That is 18 rs per day after deducting taxes and other charges. Since I referred two friends, I will get 36 rs per day for next 150 days. Thet will be 6000 rs.

Other than this I will get one time payment of 300 (5% of 6000) next day.

So at the end of 1650 days, I will receive

150 * 90 = 13500
150 * 36 = 5400
One Time 300
Total: 19200 

I invested only 6000 rupees and what i receive is 19200.

Received first payout from DMG Online to my SB account - 1st July 2019

Hi All,

Today I'm super happy. I received my first payment from DMG Online.

Refer below screenshot. As per this statement from DNG, there is an amount credited on 28th June which is 90 rs (I invested 6000) and another entry on 1st July of 300 which is binary matching income when i referred two friends who deposited 6000 each. They will start get the money tomorrow onwards. These two are the amount shown as payout. You will get the money in your bank account next day only. In this case, today is 1st July and I got 90 rs credited on my bank account today which was due on 28th June. So whatever you see here will reflect in your bank account only on next working day. I got the payment this morning at around 9:30am.

Below is the screenshot of my bank account. You can see 90 rs credited from dream makers global pvt ltd on july 1st. That was due on 28th june. 

So, I'm expecting a payment of 360 rupees (90 - ROI and 270 - binary income) in my bank account tomorrow by around 10 am. Lopping for the best. Will update the status tomorrow. Stay connected to get daily status on DMG Online.

The first thing which you will have to do is transfer the money to DMG's bank account. Account details are as follows.

Once the payment is done, any existing members will have to add you to the scheme. For that take a screenshot of the payment done and sent it to yourdmgfriend@gmail.com You will also have to share information like Your Name, PAN Number, Address, mobile no and email.

Once the member adds you to the scheme it will take up to 3 working days to start getting money credited to your account.

Soon your account will get activated and you will receive login id, password and transaction PIN to your mobile, by sms. Once you receive login details, you can login to your dashboard. THere under Topup details, you can see the amount which you have deposited.

When you go to to your accounts section, you will see your eligibility date. This means you will be eligible for the scheme from 01/07/2019 and next day 90 rs will be available for your account and the following day it will be credited to your account.
